Leontien van den Brink

Leontien is a creative strategist always aiming to find a different perspective or angle to grow. With 20+ years of experience across marketing, sales, and leadership — spanning startups, non-profits, and C-level roles at global brands like Heineken, G-Star RAW, and Dole Sunshine Company — she has a proven track record of driving rapid impact and accelerating growth. Leontien loves solving strategic commercial issues, creating growth paths for brands and marketing strategies for companies, business leaders and teams.

Having lived and worked in various countries, Leontien has cultivated a deep understanding of international business, culture and what drives growth and innovation.

Leontien has a Master's degree in Business Administration (Erasmus University Rotterdam, 2000) and a post-Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology (2019).

Jitske van Zanten

Jitske is a strategic, data-driven marketing executive with 20+ years of experience driving brand growth and business impact in high-performance, fast-scaling environments. She has held senior leadership roles at high-growth tech scale-ups Zalando and Just Eat Takeaway.com, global FMCG leaders Unilever and L’Oréal, and major retailers Rituals Cosmetics and Ahold.

With deep expertise in scaling organizations, Jitske brings a broad marketing skill set, an innovative and analytical mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.

She thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments, advising C-level teams and boards on brand, growth, and go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable commercial success.

Jitske holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen (2001).

Cathalijne Bol

Cath has been guiding leaders and teams in their development since 2017. She previously worked at Unilever for 15 years in various marketing leadership roles. She has an executive master's degree in organisational psychology from INSEAD business school and is a certified coach at CTI. During her international career, Cathalijne has travelled all over the world and lived in various countries. Her expertise is to develop leaders who get the best out of themselves and their teams by exposing the human dynamics that drive, or inhibit, high performance and successful change.
